Welcome to Rome!



Two thousand years ago the Romans ruled a very large empire. They built new towns and cities throughout their empire. 

We have learned how entertainment in Roman Times was. 

1. The theatre.
They went to the theatre to see plays. The most popular plays were comedies. The biggest theatre in Rome was Pompey´s Theatre. 


2. The amphitheatre.
They went to the amphitheatre to watch gladiators fight. The best gladiators became rich and famous. The biggest amphitheatre in Rome was the Colosseum.




3. The stadium.
They went to the stadium to watch chariot races. Everyone supported their favourite team. The biggest stadium in Rome was the Circus Maximus.

Singing helps us to learn!



This is an important fact. Singing is not just funny and entertaining. Singing is motivating and helps us to improve our pronunciation. That is why we kids from the third cycle have begun to sing. Once a week, on Fridays, we will give thirty minutes to this special activity.

Taylor was born in 1989, in Pennsylvania. She is 23 years old. She is a singer, actress and she writes all of her own songs. So she is a songwriter too.

Taylor loves number thirteen and she has a cat named Meredith.

She currently lives in Nashville.

Taylor likes making new friends. She doesn´t like letting people down.

She released her fourth studio album, Red, on October 22nd, 2012.
